VK is a Russian online social network based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is available in multiple languages — including English — but it is predominantly used by Russian speakers and members of the CIS, or Commonwealth of Independent States. VK is very similar to Facebook, and as of May 2021 boasts 656,000,000+ users. It is the fourth most popular website in Russia.
