God ordained marriage to be a lifelong relationship between a man and a woman only, and not between two men, or between two women. According to Jesus’ teachings, sexual infidelity is the ONLY justifiable reason for a spouse to divorce their partner. Furthermore, Jesus taught that the ONLY reason why Moses instituted divorce in the first place, was due to the hardness of people’s hearts. In other words, because they could not love and forgive each other as they should. In the verses below, Jesus says “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” That is exactly what lawyers and courts are doing when they grant a divorce for any reason other than sexuality infidelity. They are putting asunder what God has joined. Furthermore, they are basically legalizing adultery, because according to what Jesus taught, to divorce and remarry for any other reason than sexual infidelity, results in that person becoming an adulterer.

“And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”

A NOD TO NERO

They say that history repeats itself,
Sadly, it seems that it may be true,
If you were a Christian in Nero’s day,
You would’ve found yourself in a stew.

Crazed Nero desired to rebuild Rome,
So a most devious plan he did conspire,
To make room for his construction plans,
He ordered that the city be set on fire.

How to do it without getting caught,
So they would not cast on him the blame,
There was a sect called the Christians,
And those gents Nero began to defame.

They don’t even worship our Roman gods,
And even eat human flesh and drink blood,
Thus it was with his false accusations,
Nero dragged their name through the mud.

The lie caught on and persecution began,
The Christians were hated and crucified,
Though they were not guilty of the crime,
Yet still many of those good folks died.

Today the very same ploy has been used,
In which sinners have taken the reins,
They accuse us of hatred and bigotry,
To slander us they’ll go to great pains.

But just like Nero, they are the guilty,
Because they rebel against God’s Laws,
They paint us as homophobes and worse,
But they surely do it without just cause.

You foolishly say there is no God,
But to His existence I can attest,
It is not that I’ve ever seen Him,
Or conducted some intricate test.

It is simply a matter of my faith,
And believing in what I can’t see,
Knowing that down through my life,
God has always been there for me.

So because I have this assurance,
I need not worry about anything,
And will continue to stand strong,
No matter what tomorrow may bring.

I discovered that I was pregnant,
It caught me quite by surprise,
I went down to see an abortionist,
Who told me all the normal lies.

The baby would not feel anything,
He could remove it that same day,
But I decided against doing it,
After I took serious time to pray.

Now my wonderful child is growing,
I look forward to her coming birth,
Thankful God brought me to my senses,
So that I recognize my baby’s worth.

I pledge no allegiance to the above,
You see, my service and my loyalty,
I reserve for God’s Kingdom of Love.

My banner bears no earthly colors,
For the wars of men I take no arm,
I trust the Lord for my protection,
He always keeps me from all harm.

Passing pilgrims the Bible calls us,
Earth isn’t our final dwelling place,
Motivated by a great heavenly vision,
We strive to finish this life’s race.
