Please note that in 1 Timothy 6:20 above, the word “science” is derived from the Koine Greek word “gnosis”. This word is normally translated as “knowledge” in the New Testament of the King James version of the Bible. This is the only verse where it is actually translated as “science”, and I am not sure why the translator made this choice.
