The transfer to a U.N. prison cell in The Hague, on June
28, 2001 of former Yugoslav president, Slobodan Milosevic,
is a very important development; much more so than some
people may realize. This development isn't just about right
and wrong, and meting out social justice; it is about the
power of money, it is about the power of the Jewish American
European political machine, and it is also about giving the
United Nation's ICC, or International Criminal Court, its
first opportunity to exercise its full authority, while at
the same time, testing the reaction of the international
public to this One World Government experiment. In other
words, it is another step towards the crystallization of a
total One World Government, or New World Order.

The powerful individuals behind this development could not
have made a better choice; they could not have selected a
better target, than Slobodan Milosevic. Why? Because while
he still retains popular support in his home country, public
opinion against Mr. Milosevic has been carefully cultivated,
via the Jewish-controlled press, in many other parts of the
world. In short, bringing Slobodan Milosevic to trial is a
relatively safe bet, and public opposition to this unprece-
dented move by the ICC will be minor.

This case is the acid test; it is setting a very important
precedent; and once this precedent is set, by using Slobodan
Milosevic as their guinea pig, it will also become the norm;
and from hence forth, every world leader of every sovereign
government will become answerable to the power and dictates
of the One World Government, and its International Criminal
Court, and the Jewish financial power which controls it. Do
not be deceived; the German-Jewish bankers gained control of
the European continent long before they did the same in the
United States America. If you doubt that this is so, then I
encourage you to study the history of the famous Rothschild
brothers. I also suggest that you take some time to read my

updated and expanded.

At any rate, if you doubt that the arrest of Mr. Milosevic
is being used as an international experiment by the shadow
One World Government, in its on-going quest to set itself
up as an institution which is legally answerable to no one,
and which is a government above all national governments,
which even has the power to arrest the duly-elected leaders
of those governments, then please carefully consider the
following quotes taken from several CNN reports published
from April to June of this year. They clearly reveal the
intentions of the OWG, and point out that Milosevic is the
first world leader to be indicted by them:

The International War Crimes Tribunal formally indicted
Milosevic in May 1999 for alleged war crimes, accusing him
of authorising a military campaign against civilians in the
Serb province of Kosovo.

The indictment marked the first time a sitting head of
state had been charged with war crimes. Milosevic and four
subordinates were charged with murder, deportation and
persecution in violation of the laws and customs of war.

The tribunal said Belgrade has "a binding legal obligation"
to hand Milosevic over to The Hague first.

Hartmann said she expected Milosevic to be handed over for
trial before the end of this year.

"It will be Milosevic in the Hague in 2001," she said.

Milosevic, 59, was removed from prison in Yugoslavia on
Thursday evening and arrived at the tribunal jail at The
Hague early on Friday morning.

He is the first former head of state to be transferred to
The Hague for trial.

"That here we see one of the most powerful men in the
Balkans today in the hands of the Hague should go to show
all leaders who are bound to abuse their power that in
today's world, the people in the international community
demand and will ensure that impunity is not allowed to
stand," U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said Thursday.

Clearly then, the U.N.'s International Criminal Court, or
International War Crimes Tribunal, is setting itself up as
the policeman of the world, and all presidents, kings and
prime ministers will be forced to adhere to its mandates,
or else suffer the consequences. While none of us can deny
that personal accountability is indeed a necessary factor
in all of our lives, who will hold the ICC accountable for
its actions, and keep its power in check?

The arrest of Slobodan Milosevic is symptomatic of the slow
erosion of national sovereignty, and the strengthening of a
Global Community, comprised of many faceless nations which
present an illusion of freedom and democracy to their blind
constituents. Of course, leading this global deception is
none other than the loving, caring Big Brother figure of the
One World Government, and its various control organizations,
such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the
World Health Organization, the International Criminal Court,
as well as a multitude of supportive NGO's, or Non-Govern-
mental Organizations, which all desire a share of the finan-
cial pie. Through its various worldwide institutions, the
ultimate goal of Big Brother's One World Government, is to
control and manipulate every facet of our lives, because in
its lust for total power, it thinks it knows what is best
for us, more than we do ourselves.

From the international level, to the national level, down
to the personal level, directly or indirectly, the One World
Government will control finance and trade; it will control
the judicial system; it will control education; it will con-
trol health and welfare; in short, the OWG will basically
control everything. The opinions, decisions and policies set
by the globalists at the top of the pyramid, will overrule
and outweigh the concerns and interests of the international
working class peons, of which most people are a part. The
working class people of the world are merely disposable fod-
der which must be kept placated by any means necessary; such
as through the distribution of materialistic toys and other
time-wasting distractions, so that the self-appointed elite
can continue to enrich themselves, unhampered by the feeble
protests of their subjects, most of which just struggle to
survive on a day-to-day basis. But the Bible tells us that
the day of reckoning is coming. Almost two thousand years
ago, the Apostle James penned the following words concerning
the ultimate fate of those who would place their faith in
Earthly gain, and who would obtain their material wealth
through the manipulation and oppression of the poor:

"Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries
that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and
your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is
cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against
you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have
heaped treasure together for the last days. Behold, the hire
of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is
of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them
which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of
sabaoth. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been
wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of
slaughter. Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he
doth not resist you. Be patient therefore, brethren, unto
the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for
the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for
it, until he receive the early and latter rain."
James 5:1-7, KJV

Of course, the words of the Apostle James were merely a
reflection of the teachings of Jesus Himself, who taught
such things as the following concerning becoming attached
to worldly materialism:

"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth
and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and
steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where
neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not
break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there
will your heart be also." Matthew 6:19-21, KJV

"...Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly
enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you,
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle,
than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."
Matthew 19:23-24, KJV

"...Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches
to enter into the kingdom of God!" Mark 10:24b, KJV

The Apostle Paul likewise taught, that rather than seeking
to be rich, we should all be content with the things that
we have; realizing that the love of money is truly the root
of all evil, which once we are snared thereby, draws us
away from our faith in God, and the things which are of
true everlasting value:

"And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the
fashion of this world passeth away."
1 Corinthians 7:31, KJV

"Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in
whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content."
Philippians 4:11, KJV

"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we
brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can
carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be
therewith content. But they that will be rich fall into
temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful
lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the
love of money is the root of all evil: which while some
coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced
themselves through with many sorrows."

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be
content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I
will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."
Hebrews 13:5, KJV

Finally, the Apostle John summed up the matter quite well
in his first Epistle when he wrote the following admonition
which precisely pinpoints the temptations to which we are
each exposed:

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the
world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is
not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the
flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is
not of the Father, but is of the world."
1 John 2:15-16, KJV

Because these money-minded Jewish controllers have rejected
the One who established these Christian doctrines in the
first place, and prefer an Earthly temporal kingdom which
has been offered to them by the false god of this current
world, instead of the true eternal Kingdom of the Spirit,
the Bible teaches us that they have become blinded to the
truth, as we see here:

"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of
them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious
gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto
them." 2 Corinthians 4:4, KJV

"And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed
unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give
thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me;
and to whomsoever I will I give it." Luke 4:5-6, KJV

Thus, in their foolish blindness, the Jews accepted Satan's
bait; and ever since, they have gone about to establish
their Earthly kingdom of wealth and power which, according
to Biblical prophecy, will one day soon engulf all nations,
as we have already begun to see.

Now, if you doubt that the arrest of Mr. Milosevic should be
taken this seriously, and if you honestly do not feel that
national sovereignty is really being threatened by these
actions of the One World Government globalists, then please
consider the fact that even though many Yugoslavs, including
the new president, Vojislav Kostunica himself, were stiffly
opposed to handing Milosevic over to the United Nations War
Crimes Tribunal, in the end, they were forced to bow to eco-
nomic blackmail, and they did as they were told to do. When
he first entered office, Kostunica vehemently swore that he
would never turn over one of his own countrymen to The Hague;
not even Milosevic; yet it has become very clear now that, as
is often the case, money speaks louder than words and noble
actions. The Yugoslav economy and a Jewish-American aid pack-
age worth over one billion dollars, have been the determining
factors which have resulted in Milosevic's betrayal for the
proverbial thirty pieces of silver. Consider the fact that
within hours of Mr. Milosevic being turned over to United
Nations authorities in The Hague, the betrayal money was in
fact pledged, as we see by the following excerpts taken
from a June 30th CNN news report"

But the hand over brought praise from world leaders, and
within hours of the extradition a donors conference in
Brussels agreed to provide Yugoslavia with a $1.28 billion
aid package.

The money will be used to begin rebuilding Yugoslavia after
13 years of Milosevic's rule, international sanctions and
NATO's 78-day bombing campaign in 1999.

It should be obvious to any open-minded person, that the
national sovereignty of Yugoslavia has been jeopardized due
to financial considerations. This issue has sharply divided
the Yugoslav people. Just today I was reading an article
from the New York Times, (a Jewish-controlled American pub-
lication), which reported that Prime Minister Djindjic was
forced to go on national television, and weakly tell the
Serb populace, in the sick style of American ex-president
Bill Clinton, that as difficult as it was to arrive at the
decision to turn over Milosevic, it was the morally right
thing to do; because the economic viability of the young,
new government, was more important than the welfare of one
man. Following are a few key quotes taken from the article,
which clearly reveal the heavy financial hand of American
Jewry. It almost seems as if the New York Jews are boasting
of their success in twisting the arm of the Yugoslav
government:

Prime Minister Djindjic went on television, telling Serbs
that the government had been forced to take a "difficult
but morally correct" decision to protect the interests of
Serbia. The government badly needs the money only the West
� and particularly the United States � can offer, and Mr.
Djindjic and the Yugoslav deputy prime minister, Miroljub
Labus, the country's leading economist, had been the main
advocates for handing over Mr. Milosevic.

"To stop the cooperation with the Hague tribunal or to
postpone this cooperation would have had major negative
consequences for the present and future of our country,"
Mr. Djindjic said.

The United States had exerted strong pressure that Mr.
Milosevic, who was ousted as president in October in a
popular uprising, be detained � as he eventually was on
April 1 � and then delivered to The Hague tribunal.

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell spoke with Mr. Djindjic
twice in the last week, and warned him that the United
States was prepared to boycott a conference in Brussels
today if Mr. Milosevic was not delivered to The Hague, a
senior State Department official said. The new Yugoslav
leaders hope to raise some $1 billion in aid at the
conference � a goal they cannot meet without American
participation.

Not content with just telling the Serb people how difficult
of a decision it had been to hand over Mr. Milosevic, or
how it was the morally right thing to do, in typical poli-
tical fashion, the Serbian Prime Minister then played on
their emotions, by telling them that what had been done was
for the best of the children, and future generations of
Serb children. Following are some additional quotes from
the same article:

Mr. Djindjic, noting that Mr. Milosevic basically called
Serbs to war in his famous Kosovo speech 12 years ago, said
this led only to "12 years of wars, catastrophe and ruin
for our country."

The transfer decision was intended to save Serbia "not so
much for ourselves and for our parents, but for our
children," the prime minister said. "With this decision, we
are saving the future of our children."

Let us speak honestly, shall we? Regardless of how ruthless,
evil or violent Slobodan Milosevic may have been during his
term in office, (and being as I am not from that country, I
am not in a position to really say), the fact of the matter
is that he was swept from power, and a new administration
is now in place. That being the case, what threat could the
man possibly pose to future generations of Serb children?
Absolutely none! Primer Minister Djindjic is merely playing
on popular emotions and fears, and using fanciful rhetoric,
in order to try to justify the obvious weakness of the Serb
government, which is clearly seen in its inability to stand
against the financial czars who control the world. The truth
of the matter, is that by bowing to the pressure of American
Jewry, and the international organizations which they con-
trol, rather than saving the future of the children as the
Prime Minister claimed in his made-for-TV speech, the poli-
tical leaders of Yugoslavia have guaranteed them a future
in which, like so many other nations which have been forced
to place the economic noose around their necks, they will be
just another subjugated puppet nation, which is obligated to
comply with the whims of the Jewish-controlled One World
Government; that is, if they wish to continue receiving its
financial blessings.

It is for these reasons that I've stated that the transfer
of Slobodan Milosevic to The Hague, in order to face the
U.N. War Crimes Tribunal, is a subtle erosion of national
sovereignty; and that is what these weak leaders are really
giving their children. It is just an illusion of freedom
and democracy. It will be freedom with an economic noose
around their necks. Once they accept the trojan gift of
financial aid, like so many other nations, they will be
in debt, and in bondage, for life. There are no freebies
with the International Jewish Bankers. Ask some of the
nations of South America.

What I also find very interesting about this situation,
is that, according to this same report, Mr. Kostunica, the
duly-elected leader of the country, was left totally in the
dark regarding Milosevic's transfer to The Hague. Now, tell
me; what does this development demonstrate about the ICC's
respect for national leaders, as well as the sovereign
rights of nations? Following are a few additional quotes
taken from the New York Times news article, which not only
reveal President Kostunica's clear displeasure with the
dishonest way in which his predecessor was swiftly spirited
out of the country, but which also mention the fact that,
in spite of the extremely negative press coverage given to
Mr. Milosevic by the Jewish press in the West, at home, he
is still loved and supported by thousands, and perhaps
by millions, of people:

The transfer was executed swiftly by the Serbian government
without even informing Mr. Milosevic's successor as
Yugoslav president, Vojislav Kostunica. On a downtown
Belgrade square that had been the scene of many pro- and
anti-Milosevic demonstrations through his violent 13 years
of power, thousands of his supporters gathered to vent
their anger.

The decision to move Mr. Milosevic sharpened the
differences between Mr. Kostunica and the rest of the
leaders in the multi-party alliance. Mr. Kostunica, who has
criticized the Hague tribunal for anti-Serb bias, had been
slow to draft a law on cooperation with it, to the point
that he has been accused of jeopardizing financial aid and
the international standing of the country.

Mr. Kostunica went on television later last evening to
address the nation, calling it an "extremely difficult and
fateful moment for our country."

He said that the problem had been "unnecessarily and
unwisely created," and that the removal of Mr. Milosevic
could not be considered legal or constitutional. He likened
Mr. Djindjic's tactics to the "lawless and hasty acts" of
the Milosevic regime and warned that the consequences were
dangerous. Those indicted at The Hague deserved a chance to
appeal in their own country, he said.

"Yugoslavia deserves better," he said. "Those measures
endanger our country, its citizens, and also the damaged
peace in our region."

Dragoslav Ognjanovic, one of Mr. Milosevic's lawyers,
arrived at the Belgrade prison where his client had been
held on Thursday night only to find the former leader gone.
"This behavior is savage," he said.

In reading about President Kostunica's reaction to the
transfer of Milosevic, which itself seems like something
one would read in a spy novel, I find myself considering
two possibilities. First; the president was indeed totally
unaware of what was occurring, and his surprise and indig-
nation is genuine; second; perhaps he is merely playing
political mind games with the public. For all we know, per-
haps he was offered the presidency in a back room deal, as
well as all of the necessary foreign financial aid, which
would be necessary to keep his fragile government afloat,
provided that he agreed to eventually turn over Milosevic
to the International Criminal Court. While reading some
older CNN news reports, I came across the following very
interesting paragraph from a May 3, 2001 article, which
seems to add validity to this possibility. As a matter of
reference, Carla Del Ponte is the chief prosecutor for the
United Nations War Crimes Tribunal. This woman has been
out to get Milosevic from the beginning:

Last week, Del Ponte said she was pleased that the Yugoslav
authorities had arrested Milosevic, but said the tribunal
is still waiting for him to be sent to the Hague.

She said she had an understanding, but not a firm
agreement, with the new Yugoslav government that Milosevic
would eventually be transferred to The Hague. However, she
said she did not know when that would be.

Why would Del Ponte say this, unless there was a deal in
the making? If you read all of her comments in the various
news reports released from April to June of this year, it
is very obvious that her comments become more confident
with each passing week. It seems then, that somebody was
giving her the assurance that it wasn't so much a question
of if Milosevic would be turned over to the U.N. War Crimes
Tribunal, but rather how soon he would be turned over. In
other words, it appears to have been a done deal for a
number of months, and it was just a matter of waiting for
the Yugoslav government to bow to the economic pressure
which was being placed on it. When the Yugoslav government
finally did bow, according to a June 30, 2001 CNN report,
Mr. Kostunica was in fact in agreement with the transfer,
and even gave his go-ahead; at least according to Serbian
Prime Minister Zoran Djidjic; as we see here:

Mr. Kostunica said today that he had not been informed of
the decision to transfer Mr. Milosevic to the United
Nations tribunal at The Hague and rebuked members of the
government alliance who suggested that he had supported the
transfer.

"I never said at any D.O.S. meeting that I supported the
extradition of Milosevic or any other indictee to the Hague
tribunal," Mr. Kostunica said in a statement carried by
Tanjug state news agency, referring to the Democratic
Opposition of Serbia, the 18-party alliance that he heads.

Mr. Kostunica has opposed transfer of Yugoslav nationals to
The Hague, although he had committed himself to cooperating
with the tribunal.

Mr. Djindjic has said Mr. Kostunica was aware of his
determination to keep his word to the international
community and above all to Secretary of State Colin L.
Powell. He said Mr. Powell had told him that the United
States would take part in an important donor's conference
for Yugoslavia on Friday, if he promised to carry out a
decree issued last weekend that committed the government to
sending Mr. Milosevic to The Hague.

"At this moment, I said to Kostunica, should I promise, and
he said `yes,' " Mr. Djindjic said.

If Mr. Kostunica truly is appalled by what has happened,
then to say the least, I would think that this incident
would serve as a real wake up call for him. Now, more than
ever before, I would theorize that he is suddenly realizing
that there is a much greater price to pay, when one accepts
the help of so-called foreign 'friends'; particularly when
they happen to be the financial controllers of the world!
The noose has indeed been placed around the Serbian neck,
and I am not aware of any hangman who has ever been eager
to remove it once it has been placed there. The Yugoslav
government has sold itself to the International Jewish
Bankers, and there is no escape now. Maybe the so called
'Butcher of Belgrade' is gone, but a worse monster has now
taken control, and it has long arms which reach into the
financial pockets of unwary nations all over the world!

As I have told my readers before, the way the International
Jewish Bankers operate, is they go in and destroy a country
from within; they find a way to wreck its economy; through
civil unrest, or by war, or by lengthy economic sanctions,
or by whatever means proves to be effective. In fact, if you
re-read the quote I shared early from CNN News, it clearly
states that this is how they brought down Yugoslavia. Not
only that, but in a separate article published by CNN just
a day earlier, there is no mention of Milosevic being the
cause of Yugoslavia's financial instability. The article is
very clear in stating that it is the economic sanctions, as
well as the American-British 78-day aerial attack, which
destroyed the country. Compare the following two quotes:

and Yugoslav officials hope to raise $1.3 billion at the
conference for their war-torn country.

So what really destroyed the Yugoslav economy? I will offer
an answer to this question as we continue this article in
part two. In addition, I will be mentioning another famous
'villain' who has likewise been the subject of American and
British military assaults, as well as a target of the Inter-
national Jewish Bankers. Unlike Milosevic, this man is as
tough as nails, and still remains in power to this day. I
