As I concluded in part three of this series, in their film, "Break the Spell", Eastern Lightning members make the point that there are many thousands of words in the Bible which are actually endeavors by humans to describe events which they either heard about, or which they personally witnessed. However, technically-speaking, they are not the direct Word of God. That is to say, they are not necessarily words which were directly spoken by God. They are not words which were given through prophecy, or spoken directly to a human being by God, as in the case of God speaking to Moses, or to one of the Prophets.

While such a bold statement may make certain Christians rather uncomfortable, it is nevertheless true, and even I have to agree with it. However, in their customary deceptive fashion, these cultists are NOT telling their viewers the full truth.

While the Church of Almighty God claims that their reasoning and logic proves that what the Apostle Paul wrote was false, and that Paul thus lied, and therefore, he should not even be trusted, a closer reading of 2 Timothy 3:16 reveals that Paul did NOT say that every word in the Bible is the Word of God. What the Apostle Paul did write is that all Scripture -- derived from the Koine Greek word "graphe", meaning something that is written -- is INSPIRED by God, and given by the INSPIRATION of God.

While this may be difficult for some of you, please try to understand this concept. While something can be inspired by God in the Bible, it does not necessarily mean that every single word down to the last period is the exact and direct Word of God. After all, we are all fallible humans beings -- just as the writers of the Bible were human -- and so we do the best we can. I am sure that the writers of the Bible did the best they could as well, to write down what they heard, saw and personally experienced in human language. As such, we should be thankful for what we have today, because it has come at a great price. But is every single word "Thus saith the Lord"? I don't believe so. Please withhold your sticks and stones, unfriending and blocks. Thank you.

But regardless of how you and I personally understand the verse 2 Timothy 3:16, as you will see in a minute, the fact of the matter remains that the Church of Almighty God cult does NOT believe that the verse is true. They do NOT believe that the Apostle Paul told the truth, and they do NOT think that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God.

At any rate, it is through this subtle manner that the two Eastern Lightning cult members -- Brother Li and Brother Chen -- continue to instill serious doubts in the minds of the Chinese house church members. This is the first prong of their vile attack against the Apostle Paul, and against the reliability of the Scriptures. The second prong of their attack was to demonstrate that not everything that God said and did is recorded in the Bible. This is obviously true as well. And to prove this point, they share this verse:

"And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen."


Through these two very logical and seemingly right arguments, these two very crafty Eastern Lightning cult members named Brother Li and Brother Chen, are in fact working towards a particular point. I mean these two guys are like lawyers of the Word. The only problem is that they consistently pervert its meaning. The main point they are driving towards is that because there are many things which are not recorded in the Bible, and because of the fact that not every single word is the prophetic and direct Word of God, we should not constrain our beliefs and our practices to just what is recorded within the pages of the Bible. In other words, we should be willing to operate OUTSIDE of the Bible, even if some things seem to contradict the Bible. We should not limit God, or ourselves, by just what is contained in the Bible.

BAM! There's their next big lie and deception! The cult takes a considerable amount of time in this movie to build up this part of their case, in order to arrive at this very deceptive conclusion. This is the same thing which all Christian cults do which have beliefs and practices which they are unable to support directly with the Scriptures. Now, on the surface, it may seem like a right conclusion. After all, who are we to dare say what God can and cannot do? Who are we to even dare to limit God? I have said this myself a number of times over the years. BUT, the fact of the matter is that this is simply another half-truth which is promoted by Eastern Lightning and other cults. I will explain why in a moment.

But first, I want to share another part of the movie's dialog with you. This particular conversation begins at the one hour and twenty-five minutes mark, and is spoken by Brother Li and Brother Chen, who are the Church of Almighty God cultists. I have left out some of the secondary comments which are made by some of the house church members -- such as "Yeah, yeah", "I agree", etc. -- in order to concentrate on the main parts of the dialog, and to keep this section of this series as short as possible. As you will see, Brothers Li and Chen do offer some seemingly legitimate arguments. However, when all is said and done, one can't help but notice that these snakes cast serious doubt on the Divine Inspiration of the Bible -- outright lying about it, in fact -- and basically say that we should NOT trust very much in the words of the Apostle Paul.

Please remember what I've repeatedly warned you about in this series. The Devil will purposely mix in small bits of truth, so that gullible people will be willing to swallow his lies. That is precisely what we see happening in the following sad conversation, as is clearly evidenced by the later character comments I will be sharing with you. Trust me; you will be shocked by the blatant devilish lies which are stated by the cultists, Brother Li and Brother Chen. From the very first few sentences, they begin to cast serious doubt on God's Holy Word. Please note that I have placed some words in uppercase letters for the sake of emphasis:

Brother Li: "Most of the religious world rely on the words of Paul "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God". To think that everything in the Bible is the Word of God, and that by following it, they'll be led into the Kingdom of Heaven. In the last days most believers still believe in this. But does this viewpoint align with truth and fact? Did the Lord Jesus ever say "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God"? Did the Holy Spirit say it?"

Sister Fu Jinhua: "No, no."

Brother Li: "Right. Never. It was Paul who said those things. Many believers use the words of Paul as the basis of their belief that every word in the Bible is the Word of God. But isn't doing this a big mistake?"

Brother Li: "Some people believe that even words spoken by people are the words of God if they're in the Bible. Isn't this idea fallacious and absurd? All believers should be clear. The Bible is a testimony of God and a record of His work. The creation of the Bible was based on God's salvation. Every stage of God's work is filled with the battle between God and the forces of Satan, which is why the Bible has not only God's Word, but the words of people, and even the words of Satan. This is just a fact."

Brother Li: "So then, are we able to say that every word in the Bible is the Word of God? Isn't this confusing what is simply black and white? How can people even think of these erroneous ideas? Why think that when the facts are so clear to us? Anyone who's read the Bible knows there are conversations between God and Moses, and between God and Job, between God and His chosen people, and between God and Satan."

Brother Li: "If someone's conversing with God, does that mean that they utter the Word of God? Isn't that idea ridiculous? THE SAYING THAT ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD CANNOT POSSIBLY BE THE TRUTH."

Brother Li: "Some people insist that man's word in the Bible is the Word of God. This is nowhere near the truth. That notion is seriously offensive to God. It tarnishes and blasphemes God. God's words are God's words. Man's words are man's words. Satan's words are just Satan's words. Why would people mix them up? God's words are always the truth. Man's words can never be the truth. At most, they can conform to the truth. Satan's words will always be lies and falsehoods. Even if spoken a thousand times, they will always be lies and falsehoods. If we were wise, we would know this for sure. Only fools insist on a false viewpoint."

Brother Li: "We will understand even more after we read the words of Almighty God."

[At this point in the film, Brother Chen begins to read from one of the volumes of "The Word Appears in the Flesh", which are the teachings of their false christ, Yang Xiangbin, who they refer to as Almighty God and Incarnate God.]

Brother Chen: "Lord Almighty God says:

'Today people believe the Bible is God, and that God is the Bible. So too do they believe that all the words of the Bible were the only words God spoke, and that they were all said by God. Those who believe in God even think, that although all of the 66 books of the Old and New Testament were written by people, they were all given by inspiration of God, and a record of the utterances of the Holy Spirit. This is the erroneous interpretation of people, and it does not completely accord with the facts.'"

Brother Chen: "In fact, apart from the books of prophecy, most of the Old Testament is historical record. Some of the epistles of the New Testament come from people's experiences, and some come from the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit. The Pauline epistles, for example, arose from the work of a man. They were all the results of the Holy Spirit's enlightenment, and they were written for the churches, and were words of exhortation and encouragement for the brothers and sisters of the churches. They were NOT words spoken by the Holy Spirit."

Brother Chen: "Paul could NOT speak on behalf of the Holy Spirit, and neither was he a prophet. Much less did he see visions. His epistles were written for the churches of Ephesus, Philadelphia, Galatia and other churches; and thus, the Pauline epistles of the New Testament are epistles that Paul wrote for the churches, and NON-INSPIRATIONS from the Holy Spirit. Nor are they the direct utterances of the Holy Spirit."

Brother Chen: "If people see the epistles or words like Paul's as the utterances of the Holy Spirit, and worship them as God, then it can only be said that they are too indiscriminating. To speak more harshly, isn't this nothing but blasphemy? How could a man talk on behalf of God? And how could people bow down before the records of his epistles, and over the words he spoke, as if they were a holy book or a heavenly book? Could the words of God be casually uttered by a man? How could a man talk on behalf of God?"

Now, I could very easily pick apart the previous conversation in order to point out the subtle lies it contains. However, I am sure that many of you will already see them for yourselves. As King Solomon wrote in the Book of Proverbs:

"In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips ‭is‭ wise.‭"


Please note that in that verse, the word "wanteth" is derived from the Hebrew word "chadal". Pronounced khaw dal', it means to cease or desist. However, because the verse says "wanteth not" -- in the negative -- what it's really saying is that if an individual speaks long enough, you will find sin in their words. There will be no end to sin in such a volume of words. Sin will not cease. Exactly what is meant by sin? As I have explained many times before, the Apostle John informs us that sin is the transgression -- or violation and breaking -- of God's Laws and God's words, as we see here:

"‭‭Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.‭"


My friends, I'm sure that I don't need to tell you that what Brother Li and Brother Chen say in the previous paragraphs is loaded with serious sin, rebellion and satanic deception. It all sounds very logical on the surface because that's exactly the way in which Satan operates. He's a legalist, so he likes to tie us up and confuse us with all of his legalities and technicalities in order to trick us into believing whatever he is saying. Please remember the following three verses that I shared with you in part three:

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"


"This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish."


"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."


So, now we need to ask ourselves the following question: What kind of effect did the words of these two wolves in sheep's clothing have on the members of this Chinese house church? As we saw earlier in this series, they had already lowered their spiritual defenses, taken off their spiritual armor, and had become deceived. The following direct quotes, taken from the next hour or so of the movie provide us with a very clear picture. This is the evil fruit which was born from that evil tree, meaning the previous conversation. These excerpts are arranged in chronological order, and appear in the movie after Brother Li and Brother Chen have finished with their satanic diatribe.

Do not forget that when this movie started, Sister Fu and her house church companions were very cautious Christians who strongly believed in the inspiration of the Scriptures, and who also believed in confirming all things against the Scriptures. Just look at how far they have fallen during the course of this movie:

Other church member: "Thanks be to God. So not all the Bible is inspired by God . . ."

Sister Fu Jinhua: I think Paul's words misled us that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God . . . From here on out, we mustn't blindly trust the words of Paul. We have to differentiate them.

Sister Fu Jinhua: I think the words of Almighty God corrected my biggest mistake of belief in the Lord, and saved me from going down the wrong path. From now on, I won't be controlled and bound by the Bible. I must read the words of Almighty God. Thanks be to Almighty God."

House Church Member: "Almighty God is the second coming of Lord Jesus. Almighty God's words are the truth . . ."

Sister Fu Jinhua: "Can Paul's words show what the Lord Jesus intended? Can Paul represent the Lord Jesus? Only God's words are the truth. Only God's words can be used as proof. As for Paul, he's not Christ. He's just a person. His words are not truth. Even if he was enlightened by the Holy Spirit, we can only say his words conform with truth. We cannot treat the words of Paul as the truth and use them as proof."

House Church Member: "Sister Fu is right. Paul's words do not represent the Lord's will."

House Church Member: "Biblical knowledge and theology are too harmful. If not for the words of Almighty God, we'd still be deceived by our pastors."

Sister Fu Jinhua: "Great thanks be to Almighty God. Today, Almighty God, Almighty God has saved us all. Almighty God's words let us understand what believing in God is. Almighty God's words let us know the truth and gain discernment so we no longer have blind faith in the Bible or religious pastors and elders. We have broken free from the control of the letters of the Bible and religious leaders. We have broken the spell that trapped our belief in the Lord for years."

Note: When Sister Fu Jinhua says "letters of the Bible" in that last excerpt, I assume that she is referring to the Epistles of the Apostle Paul. But just look at the spiritual devastation which resulted from Satan's lies! When the movie began, all of these people had strong faith in God and in the Bible. They refused to deviate, if something could not be confirmed by God's Word. They questioned everything so as to not become deceived. However, by the last act of the film, consider what has happened to them:

1. They question the Divine Inspiration of parts of the Bible.

2. They no longer trust the Apostle Paul and say that he does not speak the truth. In contrast, they DO believe that Yang Xiangbin -- a.k.a. Almighty God -- speaks the truth.

3. They truly believe that Almighty God is Jesus Christ returned in the flesh.

4. They are convinced that Almighty God has freed them from spiritual blindness, and from the constraints of only believing in and following the Bible.

5. They show more interest in reading the writings of Yang Xiangbin -- The Word Appears in the Flesh -- than in reading the Bible.

6. And the biggest tragedy of all is that they have become so blinded and deceived, that they don't even realize that they are blind and deceived!

In short, Brother Li and Brother Chen of Eastern Lightning have been totally successful in converting this entire, once faithful Chinese house church into more deceived zombies for Yang Xiangbin, a.k.a. Almighty God. That is the wicked fruit, because an evil tree CANNOT bear good fruit, as Jesus said!

Earlier, I mentioned to you that what Eastern Lightning was promoting when they convinced the house church members that we should not limit God, or ourselves, and that it was okay to operate outside of the Bible, was a half-truth. Why so? Because those two wolves in sheep's clothing left out one very important part of that equation. The second half of the equation is revealed in the latter portion of the following verse:

"I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name."


Do you see that? God has magnified His word above His very Name. That is how important it is to Him. God is a man of His word. He is bound by His word. He will fulfill His word. He will not lie. This Biblical truth is confirmed by verses such as the following:

"God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"


"He is‭ the Rock, his work ‭is‭ perfect: for all his ways ‭are‭ judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right ‭is‭ he.‭"


"Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.‭"


"That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.‭"


"And because I tell ‭you‭ the truth, ye believe me not.‭"


"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."


"God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged."


"In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;"


Now, if God magnifies, respects, exalts and esteems His word that much, doesn't it make sense that we are to do the same thing? Does that mean we are free to ignore it and do as we please when some new "prophet" or false christ comes along? I am sure that I do not need to answer this for you. So, despite what the Church of Almighty God says, in our modern day, we are STILL bound by the moral precepts of God's Word. We are STILL required to confirm ALL THINGS with God's Word in order to make sure that they are true and acceptable to God. Contrary to Eastern Lightning's claims, we are NOT free to live or believe outside of the constraints of God's Word. That is just a devilish lie. It is deception, and it is also rebellion. Why is this so? Because of the following verse:

"LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."


To intentionally divorce ourselves from God's Word is pure lunacy. Let me give you a parallel. What would happen if everyone in the United States were to suddenly stop obeying and respecting the US Constitution, the US Bill of Rights, and other laws which govern our land? The answer is rather simple. It would lead to mass confusion, violence, as well as anarchy. What would happen if everyone decided to ignore the standard DMV driver's manual? Prepare the hospitals and ambulances, folks! Well, divorcing ourselves from the Word of God is spiritual anarchy and sin! Think about it!

So what I am hoping you will see here, is that the primary reason why the Eastern Lightning cultists had to deceive the house church members, and subtly divorce them from God's Word, and convince them that it was okay to accept things outside of God's Word, is because that is the only way in which they would accept the words of Almighty God -- a.k.a. Yang Xiangbin -- believe that she was telling the truth, and decide to place their faith in and read and study her words in "The Word Appears in the Flesh", instead of in the Bible. As we have already seen, sadly, that is precisely what they did.

Let me mention that near the end of the movie, Sister Fu is NOT holding up a Chinese Bible. She is holding up a copy of one of the volumes of "The Word Appears in the Flesh". This symbolizes that these deceived Christians have switched from reading God's true inspired Word -- the Bible -- to reading the lies and deceptions of Eastern Lightning's false christ. That is to say, Yang Xiangbin. I believe that this may be an intentional slap in God's face. Please likewise note that when these deceived Christians say "Thanks be to Almighty God", whether they realize it or not, they are NOT thanking the true God of Heaven. Rather, they are thanking a false christ, liar and deceiver who is merely a human woman, and probably a very deranged one at that!

As I mentioned previously, one possible reason why they may not even realize their error, is because one major deception which is used throughout this movie, is the fact that Yang Xiangbin is never shown. Likewise, neither is her real name ever revealed. Lastly, neither is the fact that Almighty God is really a woman, ever revealed to these foolish Chinese Christians. In fact, as I mentioned at the beginning of this series, she is referred to as "he" by design of Zhao Weishan.

All this group of gullible Chinese Christians are told is that Jesus Christ has returned to the Earth, and has taken on human flesh once again. This is supposedly so that he can complete the so-called third and final stage of God's "Management Plan". Yet despite not even knowing who this Almighty God is, they blindly believe the words in her books. So while Sister Fu says that they no longer have blind faith in the Bible, they most definitely do have blind faith in the deceptive words of Yang Xiangbin. What more needs to be said?

So as I said, this movie called "Break the Spell: Welcome the Second Coming of Jesus Christ" -- and I imagine other movies made by Eastern Lightning -- is pure propaganda from Hell. I do not recommend that anyone watch it, unless your faith in God, and in His Word, is so firm, that you stand no chance of being deceived by it. In fact, the only reason why I think you would even want to watch it, would be to confirm that everything I have stated here is true, which it is.

Let me warn you that if you are NOT strong in your Christian faith, and if you foolishly decide to watch "Break the Spell" anyway, not only may it weaken, break or even destroy your faith in God's inspired Word -- as it did with my neighbor and friend -- but it will also put you under the spell of this dangerous cult, known as Eastern Lightning and Church of Almighty God. So beware! You've been warned! Please consider the following verse:

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."


Personally, I believe that I have shared enough direct quotes from this vile movie to convince you the movie is absolute devilish garbage. Sadly, if you go to their YouTube channel, you will discover that a lot of dumb sheep have taken this cult's bait, and actually praise this movie.
