The previous verses are a very profound teaching from the Scriptures, and it is very important that you read them closely in order to fully and properly understand them. As some of you may realize, there is a great deception in the Christian world today due to a gross misunderstanding of verses such as these by Israel-supporting Christians.

What both Jesus and the Apostle Paul are basically saying is this: The phrases "seed of Abraham" and "children of Abraham" do not always mean exactly the same thing. The flesh Jews are indeed the seed of Abraham -- that is to say, the physical descendants of Abraham -- through Abraham's great grandson, Judah. However, they are not the true children of Abraham, because they have for the most part rejected Jesus Christ, and don't have the faith to believe that He is the prophesied Messiah. To reiterate, the key issue here is faith. Similar to the Patriarch Abraham who had the faith to believe God's Word, the true children of Abraham are the children of faith, who demonstrate their faith by believing in Jesus Christ.

As Jesus informed the unbelieving Jews, because of their rejection of Him as God's chosen Messiah, not only are they not of the seed of faith, or the true children of Abraham, but unlike us Christians, they likewise remain dead in their sins, and they will not be resurrected unto Eternal Life, as we see by the following verses:

"Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come. Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come. And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins."


"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."


"And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness."


"And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;"


"And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins . . . But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus."


"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."


So as you can see, without faith in the atoning Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we are all -- Jew and Gentile alike -- dead in our sins, with no hope whatsoever of inheriting Eternal Life.

If you continue reading John chapter eight where we left off in part one, you will see that Jesus in fact said that the unbelieving Jews were the children of the devil. In Matthew chapter twenty-three, He also refers to them as the children of hell. In the Book of Revelation -- which is Jesus' final message to humanity in the Bible -- He refers to the Jews as "the synagogue of Satan". Consider the following verses:

"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."


"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves."


"I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan."


"Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee."


Please notice that in the previous two verses from the Book of Revelation, Jesus -- through His Angelic Messenger -- says "which say they are Jews, and are not". That sounds very similar to what the Apostle Paul wrote in a previous verse that I shared with you. Paul said:

". . . For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:"


What does Paul mean by that? If we consider everything else that he wrote, he appears to be saying that not everyone who calls himself a Jew is really a true Jew. Stated another way, exactly as Jesus said in the Gospel of John, they may be the physical seed of Abraham and flesh Jews. They may even be devout religious Jews who avidly follow Judaism and Jewish traditions and practices -- such as circumcision -- but they are still not the true children of Abraham by any means. As I have already clearly explained, this is because they are not the children of faith. That is why Paul also wrote the following in his Epistle to the Romans:

"For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God."


In spite of this profound Biblical truth, there are so many deceived Christians -- particularly in the United States of America -- who in direct contradiction to what Jesus Himself said, and what the Apostle Paul taught, blindly promote the belief that the Jews of Israel continue to be the children of Abraham and the so-called "Chosen People". They are so spiritually drunk on this lie and deception, that they have become totally engrossed in all things Jewish.

For example, they insist on referring to Jesus by His Hebrew name Yeshua -- which is an alternative form of "Yehoshuah", or Joshua -- when there is absolutely nothing wrong with referring to our Savior as Jesus, which, as you may know, is the English transliteration of the Greek form of His name, or "Iesous". Their infatuation with Hebrew feast days and customs likewise demonstrates how far some of these people have gone in their endeavors to please the antichrist Jews, as well as to demonstrate their unwavering support for the state of Israel. I have seen so much of this occurring on the web that it annoys and sickens me. This infatuation with Israel has now reached such a degree, that it almost seems as if one is not even considered a patriotic American if he or she doesn't support Israel.

These staunch Israel supporters need to understand that they simply cannot continue to rely upon conditional promises of the Old Testament, in order to justify supporting a nation which is clearly antichrist in nature, and which for the most part will continue to remain antichrist, until Jesus Christ returns. For those of you who continue to embrace the erroneous belief that the Jews will one day change, repent en masse, and embrace Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, let me give you a reality check.

Earlier in this series, we discussed how the unbelieving Jews not only slew all of the Prophets which God, in His Mercy, chose to send to them, but they even murdered their very own Messiah. Sadly, their cup of iniquity may not yet be full. As you may know, Revelation chapter eleven talks about the Two Sackcloth Witnesses whom God sends to witness in the streets of Jerusalem for a period of three and a half years. We are told that when these two Prophets of God have finished their witness, they are killed by the Beast, and their bodies lie in the street in Jerusalem for a period of three and a half days, because no one even bothers to bury them. Consider these verses:

"And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven."


Now, it seems likely that these are two Jewish Prophets, who are witnessing in the streets of Jerusalem. After all, John does say "where also our Lord was crucified". If you are a bit curious as to the actual identity of these two Prophets, please consider reading my four-part series entitled "The Two Sackcloth Witnesses Of Revelation 11". Regardless of who you personally think the Beast is, the point I wish to bring to your attention is this: Two Jewish Prophets are slain in the Jews' most holy city, and yet the Jews do nothing to bury them. If you know anything about Jewish burial customs, then you will recognize that there is something rather odd about this behavior on the part of the Jews.

I have a theory regarding why the Jews of Jerusalem behave in this fashion. We are told that upon learning of the death of the Two Sackcloth Witnesses, the world rejoices. I posit that the Jews may be rejoicing right along with the world, because they don't like the things that the Two Prophets are saying either. In fact, these Two Witnesses may be preaching against the Jews themselves. As proof of this possibility, consider what occurs right after the Two Sackcloth Witnesses are resurrected and return to Heaven. We are told that there is a great earthquake in Jerusalem which results not only in a tenth of the city being destroyed, but in the death of seven thousand people as well. Clearly, this represents a strong judgment of the Lord against the Jews of Jerusalem.

So perhaps the Jews don't kill the Two Sackcloth Witnesses directly themselves, but it seems to me that it is probable that they do rejoice in the same, which brings God's strong judgment upon them once again. Let's not forget that the Jews didn't murder Jesus directly either. They persuaded Pontius Pilate to do their dirty work for them through mob rule as they cried:

". . . His blood be on us, and on our children."


Thus, in Revelation chapter eleven we see the hardhearted, unbelieving Jews doing what they have always done when God warns them to repent. That is, they simply kill His Prophets and Messengers. As we saw in part one, Jesus said:

"Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:"


As I explain in the article "Is God A Racist?", while I do believe that some Jews will come to Christ, even as some are already doing now, it is my personal belief -- based upon my current understanding of the seventh chapter of the Book of Revelation -- that they will be a small remnant of 144,000 souls. In other words, as I explain in "The Woman in the Wilderness and the 144,000", the vast majority of the Jews will remain antichrist until the very end. In fact, as I point out in the six-part series "The Great Tribulation And The Rapture", it is my belief that this is one reason why God allows the Great Tribulation to occur in the first place; that is, to break and humble the stubborn Jews, and to make them receptive to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As I explain in such series as "The Fruits of Disobedience" and "Palestinian Suicide Bombers and Middle East Peace", it is important that we understand that God's blessings and protection are -- and have always been since the time of the Old Testament era -- conditional. They are not guaranteed, no matter what anyone tries to tell you. They are showered upon God's children in direct proportion to our obedience to Him; and that begins with accepting and believing in the Sacrifice of His dear Son, Jesus Christ. If we don't play by God's Rules, how can we possibly expect Him to bless us?

Please consider the following. As parents, if our children misbehave and are disobedient, do we reward them? Of course not! If anything, we will punish them in some fashion. As a wise Father, God is no different. He cannot, and will not, bless the Jews as long as they are defiant and in rebellion against Him, through their adamant rejection of His Son. So no matter how much they try to convince you that Israel is still the "Holy Land", and that they are still the "Chosen People", don't believe it. I have now shown you directly from the Scriptures exactly what God thinks of the Jews in their current rebellious state. In the words of the Prophet Jeremiah, they, and their nation, are an abomination in God's sight:

"And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination."


While we have deviated substantially from the primary subject matter of this series, I believe that it has been time well spent; the reason being that in understanding the events that are about to occur between the Israelis and the Palestinians, it is very important that we see things, not as the Jews want us to see them; not as the mass media wants us to see them; not as pro-Israel preachers and Bible teachers want us to see them; not as Israel-supporting American politicians want us to see them; but rather, exactly as God describes them for us in His Word.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this series, it is my view that Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas has made a very smart, brave and shrewd decision by deciding to approach the United Nations Security Council directly. On a personal level, think of the legacy that Mr. Abbas will leave behind. He will have done more, and gone further, than any previous Palestinian leader -- and in a totally peaceful, legitimate manner no less -- to achieve Palestinian aspirations. Even if the United States does veto his request, Mahmoud Abbas will still have accomplished more than Yasser Arafat could have ever done through acts of violence; and that applies to Hamas as well.

As I said, it is a very smart move; because it will show the entire world -- particularly the Arab world, as if they don't already know -- exactly where the United States and President Barack Obama really stand. As one senior Palestinian official stated several days ago, "We ask President Obama to face the moment of truth." Personally, I just don't understand how the American president can in good conscience veto a Palestinian request for United Nations membership, and recognition of Palestinian statehood, after all the preaching that he and his predecessors have done regarding spreading freedom and democracy around the world. Add to this the tacit approval by the American Government of the civil uprisings in Tunisia, Egypt and Syria, as well as the outright military support for the rebels in Libya, and denying the Palestinian request will seem all the more hypocritical.

However, there is another very powerful factor to consider. While I have already explained to you why so many American Christians have been deceived in offering strong support for Israel and the Jews -- deception by their religious leaders, and their personal lack of knowledge of the Scriptures -- it is a different story when it comes to American politicians. While some politicians are also motivated by their personal religious beliefs regarding Israel and the Jews, sadly, that is by no means the only thing that affects their pro-Israel stance.

In part one I very briefly mentioned the power of the Jewish lobbyists in Washington, DC. It is frightening to think how much control the Jews exert over decisions that are made by American politicians in the US capital through such powerful pro-Israel Jewish lobbies as the AIPAC, or American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee. This control is exerted through influencing the popular vote, as well as through the Jewish money machine. One can only speculate how many US politicians have been bought off by the AIPAC. I am reminded of a very controversial remark that was made ten years ago by former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Read the following and be shocked:

"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it."

While the previous quote may possibly unsettle you, what is even more shocking is the fact that this control of American politics by the AIPAC and other unseen Jewish hands through the popular vote and the Jewish money machine did not begin ten years ago, or even fifty years ago. It began before many of us were even born. At this point in our discussion, we're going to travel back in time to the period when Israel first unilaterally declared its statehood in 1948.

In November of 1947, the United Nations General Assembly adopted Resolution 181 -- also known as the Partition Plan for Palestine -- whereby the land of Palestine would be divided into two independent states -- one Jewish, and one Arab -- by October of 1948. Jerusalem would be designated as an international city which would be administered by the United Nations. However, on May 14, 1948 -- the very day that the British Mandate for Palestine ended -- in order to prevent the UN division from occurring, David Ben-Gurion, who at that time was the Executive Head of the World Zionist Organization, as well as the president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, unilaterally declared the creation of the State of Israel by publishing a Declaration of Independence.

It should come as no surprise to you that the United States of America, under President Harry Truman, was the very first country to officially recognize the newly-formed State of Israel. In fact, the Americans did it within minutes of the Jews declaring their independence. The United States was followed by the USSR. Just under a year later, on May 11 1949, Israel was accepted as a member of the United Nations by a majority vote.

What you need to know is that the British were opposed to the Partition Plan for Palestine, because they viewed it as being unfair, which it most certainly was. You see, at that time, the Jews were very much the minority in the land of Palestine, comprising only 11% to 33% of the total population, depending on who you want to believe. Legally, they owned even less of the land. However, with the proposed partition of Palestine, they would have actually received 56% of the land, which was not a fair deal by any means. In the British Parliament, the issue was heavily debated. One member of Parliament who was quite vocal regarding his opposition to Resolution 181 was MP Thomas Reid, who was the MP for Swindon. In a speech to the British Parliament he very forthrightly noted the following regarding the partition plan:

"It is an iniquitous scheme, and the chief instigator is a country for whom I have the profoundest love and admiration, next after my own, namely America. I do not believe all the tales about America, about the almighty dollar, and the rest. Americans are a very noble people and have more idealism than most nations of the world. But I have a criticism to make of America on this occasion, or at least of the American delegates to U.N.O. What is the motive? Let us be frank about it. One of the chief motives is that the Jews have a controlling voice in the election for the President in the States of New York, Illinois, Ohio and elsewhere in America. I suggest that the chief reason for this evil proposal of U.N.O. is that the political parties in America, or their party machines, are partly at the electoral mercy of the Jews. That is public knowledge."

While the Government of the United States of America may have been the first world power to recognize the recently-declared State of Israel, in his memoirs, American President Harry Truman reveals the extreme pressure that was placed upon him to support the partition of Palestine in 1947. He wrote the following:

"The facts were that not only were there pressure movements around the United Nations unlike anything that had been seen there before, but the White House too was subjected to a constant barrage. I do not think I ever had as much pressure and propaganda aimed at the White House as I had in this instance. The persistence of a few of the extreme Zionist leaders -- actuated by political motives and engaging in political threats -- disturbed and annoyed me. Some were even suggesting that we pressure sovereign nations into favourable votes in the General Assembly. I have never approved of the strong imposing their will on the weak whether among men or nations."

Of course, that pressure was instigated by the Jews; and the obvious reason why the Zionist Jews were pressuring the US Government to support United Nations Resolution 181 -- that is, the Partition Plan For Palestine -- is because being the minority in Palestine at that time, they realized that they were being offered a much larger piece of the pie than they actually deserved. However, Truman was by no means the first American president to ever feel the pressure from the long arm of the Jews. Following are a few more select quotes from high profile American citizens:
